Project documents, easy to find
The drawings and the pay applications already exist. They usually sit several folders deep, under a file name nobody remembers. OROS puts the current ones where the team can open them in one click.
Plans
The drawing sets, sheet by sheet. Each sheet is listed by number and name under its set and discipline, and opens large enough to zoom into on a tablet in the field.
Pay applications
Each contractor pay application, with the amount requested and where it stands in review. Every page is there to scroll through.
Documents
The one-off documents every project has: an agreement, a permit, a rendering, a sketch. Grouped by kind, and shared one at a time.
