Privacy & security
How OROS keeps a project's pages to the people who are meant to see them.
- Private by defaultProject pages sit behind a sign-in. Each person sees only the projects, and the pages within them, that they have been invited to.
- Microsoft sign-inPeople sign in with a Microsoft account. OROS does not store passwords.
- Hosted on Microsoft AzurePages are served over an encrypted connection from Microsoft's cloud.
- Invitation onlyNobody can sign themselves up for a project. Access is given a person at a time, a page at a time, by the firm managing the project, and can be taken away the same way.
- Documents kept privateDrawings are held in private storage, not on a public address. Each one is handed only to a signed-in person who has been invited to that project's drawings.
- Not listed in search enginesProject pages ask search engines not to index them, and cannot be opened without signing in.
